Saturday 25th March until Friday 4th August.
We are delighted to be showing work by local Pittenweem artist Tim Cockburn, whose paintings offer insights into carefully observed snippets of everyday life. We also welcome to the gallery the exquisite wildlife paintings of Lucy Newton, an incredibly talented artist who paints wildlife that we see around us every day in Scotland but does so in a way that feels fresh and exciting.
We have new paintings by regular exhibitor Fiona MacLeod whose semi-abstract landscapes remind the viewer of walks through the Fife landscape, as well as new mixed media abstract images by local artist Linda Jackson, whose multilayered work and glowing colours are built up by combining screen printing, collage, ink paint and drawing techniques.
Mary Howard George's elegant porcelain ceramics combine both beauty and function and are available in a variety of glazes, while Pittenweem potter Amy Page's gorgeous stoneware in soft shades of green and blue is practical whilst also being beautifully crafted and tactile. Evie Milo's stunning silver jewellery echoes coastal textures of weather-beaten metal and stone, while Gail Cadogan incorporates enamel for a flash of colour in her delicate silverware.
With new work arriving on a regular basis throughout, it is well worth popping back regularly!
