We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resaleable condition.
Returns should be made within 14 days from the date of your receipt of goods and in original, undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.
Non returnable items
We are unable to refund or exchange the following products, unless they are faulty:
Jewellery for pierced ears.
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return.
We are not responsible for any returns sent back to us that are lost in the mail. We highly recommend a tracked service, so that you can check the status of your return . We are not liable for any parcels lost before thay reach us.
We only become responsible for parcels sent back to us when they are received at our returns address. Until this point your parcel is still in the care of the postal service provider. Should your parcel be lost en route, you will need to make a claim with your postal provider.
We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order. Please contact us.
What we will do next…
All products returned to us are checked by our staff. If you are entitled to a refund then we will refund the price of your item. Returns are usually processed within 7 days of your receipt of a cancelled order and at the latest within 30 days of receipt. We will refund the original credit /debit card used to purchase the item.
Unfortunately we currently do not offer exchanges. In order to make the returns process as efficient as possible we only offer refunds.
Can I get a store credit instead of a refund?
Sure! We can issue a giftcard for you if this is something you would prefer over a standard refund. Please contact us via phone or email and place a note on your return slip to confirm that you would prefer credit or gift card.
Refunding Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of the return postage, which is non-refundable unless the item is incorrect or faulty. Any return postage cost refunded by us will be based on the economy Post Office™ cost (2nd class signed for or economy equivalent) for the weight of any incorrect or faulty item you return. If you choose to send any non-faulty items as well, the return postage cost for these items is non-refundable.
Rights to Cancel
Under Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel most domestic products purchased from us using distance means and receive afull refund within 14 days of delivery. We must be notified of your intention to cancel in writing or email and the cost of the return the goods will be the responsibility of the customer. We also reserve the right to make a deuction from refunding the full purchase price if we believe (on examination of the returned goods) that they exhibit use. The amount of deduction will be based on the extent of the diminishment in the goods value.
